OK. There was this big long list of things attributed to George Carlin about "The Speech Bush Should Give" but check Snopes.com and it wasn't true.
But.......This IS George Carlin. And he's pretty close to right.

Carlin bashes anyone in his crosshairs ... it isn't just conservatives. He poked fun at Ronald Reagan and the criminals in his administration, then turned around and lambasted Clinton and his infidelities.
That is part of what makes him so damn funny and great - he doesn't care what affiliation you are.
