What a great win for the Ducks in the big house against Michigan today, except when you understand that Michigan may have been one of the most over-rated teams in recent history. Look for Lloyd Carr to be fired either this week or sometime during the season. UM-Notre Dame will probably decide that.
Beavers need to bounce back, and fortunately play Idaho State next week.
And Washington seems to be back with a nice win over cinderella BSU today.
I love college football!

Only great due to Michigan's tradition, the 100,000 seat stadium, etc. But as I said, this Wolverine team seems to have been extremely over-rated pre-season.

Best thing is that as usual the Ducks beat a big football school again while the Beavers lost to a basketball school..

Also considering that the Ducks handed Michigan their worst loss since 1968...yeah it was a pretty good win against one of the premier college football programs.

Good weekend for college football in the PNW.
Oregon destroys Fresno State.
Oregon State 61, Idaho State 10.
MOST IMPORTANT ...
The Cougs win the Battle of the Palouse over Idaho, and those infidel Huskies lose to Ohio State. 33-14.
Heck, even Jerry Glanville got his first win on the Park Blocks, as Portland State beats Sacramento State.
Good week to be a fan of college football in the Northwest.
