What is going on with this station's signal?

It seems every day, it gets "zapped" and then the signal just rots. Right now, it sounds like a an old vinyl album with a scratch on it.

I've be wondering the same thing. Just figured they were tweaking their transmitter site. Sounds at full power right now.

Tower painting. They should be done by the end of next week.

Now there's a job to have...I wonder if the painter is well done?
