That's what the war in Iraq is costing us. And to make matters worse, EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR is borrowed from countries like China and Saudi Arabia, and is debt that us taxpayers are paying interest on. This kind of waste sickens me. How much could we do here at home with an extra $3 billion per week??

Trixter, I get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach whenever I think about what the war is costing us.

Pissing and moaning about Bush's mistakes won't end it.

CJ, it's a liberal hippy rag. Why are you reading it in the first place?

LOL.

Because I like it. And I've learned quite a bit from Matt Taibbi about things I want to know more about. He'll win a Pulitzer some day. He's got an agenda. And most of the time it's " Truth."

Pretend it's The Christian Science Monitor or something.

"Why are you reading it in the first place?"

I'm willing to bet hard cash that The Rolling Stone has more truth than any press release from the Bush administration, ESPECIALLY any having to do with scientific findings.

The Shrubs have friends in two countries on the entire planet. Guess which two?

If you guessed Saudi Arabia and China, you are absolutely correct.

The Shrubs have sold our country to overseas investors and will be outsourcing most of our military before long.

Remember the United States? What a swell idea. Too bad a tiny handful of greedy pinheads squandered it all.

Thanks Vitalogy and Chickenjuggler for the links. I originally thought it was the total from Deane's Exxon card after a three state tour in the Caddy.

I havent read rolling stone, since Hunter S Thompson quit writting for them.

When I attended the Senior NCO academy, I used a couple of his articles as references, for a project there.

Pretend [Rolling Stone] is Christian Science Monitor, or something.

This cracked me up!

Good call.
