I thought you were referring to 20008 kHz as (to my knowledge) that would be the edge of WWV's upper sideband, and last time I checked WWV *isn't* based in Portland..........

Yes, KPSU will no longer air shows that play hip-hop music.

kpsu will not switch formats. hip-hop serves alot of the student body.
