Even though Bush is a repulsive twerp, if he ever did anything that would be good for the future of my kids, I'd back him all the way but he only destroys futures.

Anyone who supports Bush can't be putting the welfare of their children first. They have some other agendas. And, okay, sigh... bring up the inevitable fetus. It has a better chance at survival in other developed countries than here.

Abortion laws aren't the beginning and the end of the welfare of the unborn and Bush doesn't support the welfare of children, no matter what their ages are.

As I posted a couple of weeks ago here, Bush is threatening to veto a renewal/expansion of the S-CHIP program, which provides free health care for kids who can't afford it. I think a veto of this program would tell you exactly how George W. Bush feels about children.

He's still looking for a legacy. Maybe he'll find one for the future. Mars didn't work out. No child left behind should be scrapped. There's others, I guess. But you are right that I'm not exactly feeling great about Bush's impact on the future. It's not a slam - it's just that I am massively disappointed.

Seriously, I would feel a lot better if he would just either flat out say he does not give a fark about us, or admit to having made some mistakes.

If he resined and owned up to all the lies. Then and ONLY then would I be his biggest fan.
