There is a lot of writings from some of the founding fathers about smoking marijuana. They were pretty liberal, especially compared to who's running the country today. Insanity, that explains why they wrote that Constitution. Good thing that our very sane Executive Branch, today, is putting that Constitution where it belongs, in the trash along with what we were raised to think America stood for.
