There is no end to what sort of stupid thing this guy will do next. $1 Million taxpayer dollars to some organization they couldn't find.
Turns out, they finally figured out who it was and the entity had given $57,000 to Murtha's campaign.
Let's see now, a $1 million return on a $57,000 investment. Not bad.

Technically, I wouldn't call it "tax money" yet. "National Tab" might be better, since all they're doing is borrowing money from China and the rest of Asia.
Some day, that pot of money is going to dry up and/or demand payment, and we'll have no way to pay up.
