It appears Lucas and Spielberg are teaming up again for the 4th Indiana Jones movie, currently being made. Now I have always been a big fan of the Indiana Jones movies, they are brilliantly made, and a lot of fun to watch. BUT, its been almost 16 years since "the Last crusade" came out. Are movie studios running out of ideas or what??? I just think its a day late, a dollar short for this movie to come out. |

I agree Beano, some Trilogys drag on for way to long, and should never be made in the first place. |

Well, they make sequels for the money, obviously. Movies are such a huge investment that anything to lower the risk is good. And a sequel to a known hit is a much lower risk than something unknown. Even if the sequel doesn't do as well as the first one in its US theatrical run, it's bound to make a profit eventually in cable/video/international just based on the title. |

Hey, how many James Bond movies have been made? They all make money and are reasonably entertaining. |

If you dont like a movie, or a movie type, dont see it. Simple, not everyone's tastes are the same. |
