VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani on Tuesday accused former President Clinton of not responding forcefully enough to the 1993 World Trade Center bombing or later terrorist attacks.

WTF? Blaming Clinton again?
In the first place, Clinton hasn't been president for 7 years. In the second place, didn't Clinton go after these thugs and actually catch and jail them? (By the way, where's bin Laden?)
Anyway, the FOX News crowd is so easy to please.

Exactly what else was Clinton supposed to do in 1993? It took years for the FBI and CIA to understand exactly what al Qaeda was and that they were even involved in the first WTC attack. What exactly does Rudy think Clinton did not do?
But hey, it's convenient to trot out Clinton like a punching bag whenever you need a headline (and look, it worked!). Plus in his case any smear on one Clinton probably taints the other one a little bit.
My question is, does Rudy think G. W. Bush should have taken terrorism more seriously in his first eight months in office?
