This is a quote from a radio broker's web site "50,000 watt heritage AM station in Oregon. Growing market." Anyone know which one it is? No, I don't want to buy it. Just curious. |

lets see KXL, KGDD, KPAM, KDUN, KFXX, KEX are the 50k stations in the state, there are some cps that are 50k in Bend but I think it looks like KDUN but I don't think it could be considered a heritage station. I could be wrong. |

Bingo! It is KDUN. Here is a quote from a different website advertising the same station. "50,000 watts daytime; 630 watts nights. Class “B” AM. The most powerful AM station on the Oregon Coast. Non-directional. 1 tower. |

Pamplin sold KDUN in May 2006 for $220,000. Obviously, it should have sold for $1 per watt. |

That seem like a bit too much. Churchill paid $500,000 for KZTU now KXOR and only $80 some thousand for 1450 AM |
