I was an observer of this rather than a participant. For me it has to be FM Radio and the other media as well as social issues and groups and their causes. Environment to name one one. Those of you took part what do you recall most and what values from that time do you hold today? For me the one bad thing was drugs never took them. I Think that's the one bad thing and in 2007 IMHO we hurt as a society because of drugs

Interesting how the Beatles really brought on two distinct changes. The '64 invasion of course is well-noted, but the '67 Sgt. Pepper changed music and culture even more.

What I find even more fascinating is, just 10 short years later, Saturday Night Fever changed music and culture again. (Yes, we are approaching anniversary 30 for that believe it or not!) Sometimes we think life and culture are changing fast today, but it was then too!
