This is Scary stuff even to suggest! If this is ever allowed, it's only a matter of time before we're all tracked. There's been talk about the mandatory "Chipping" of all American Citizens recently. This would make the first step alot easier for paranoid Americans.

Craig, you can't quote every nut-case talk show host and say the sky is falling. (On the other hand, maybe you WANT this to happen, only to have some 'I-told-you-so' rights?).

Having said that, though, maybe "Gunny Bob" is actually on to something.

I think any opinion, as long as it isn't inciting riots or harm against people, has a right to be heard. It may not be something you agree with...but it isn't profane.

This super-sensitive society is really getting on my nerves. Opinions, most of the time, are kind of crazy. That's what makes them interesting. If there weren't any strong opinions, we wouldn't have good, strong, entertaining talk radio.

I seem to remember Craig always referring to a "Chemtrail" which is different than the normal "Contrail"! Conpirecy theories are that these abnormal "Chemtrails" are being used for atmospheric and weather modification, biological warfare, mind control or occult purposes.

Couple of weeks ago, there was an article in the paper about a winary owner complaining that if they cracked down on illegals, she wouldnt be able to operate. Why hasnt the INS paid her a visit?

We don't need to keep track of illegal's....we need stronger borders to prevent them getting here in the first place. Until then tracking and deportation don't mean crap! We deport them and they walk back in! Make the deportation a one way trip and then it will mean something!

I just want to hear the end game. I get the DEFINITION of Illegal Aliens. I'm asking what the solution is. Deportation? Is that it? Is that the only reason to track them? So you can catch them and send them back?

There are secondary reasons, that is the only way to properly determine the impact, good or bad.

Yeah, it's a difficult call.

If they are here and pay taxes, have a valid SSN and contribute to society but just don't have papers, then to me that's different than the ones that are here and collect their pay in cash and suck up our resources.

That being said, the employers are to blame also.

One can appreciate their plight, trying to better themselves and make things better for their family's, but the cost of illegal's working illegally for a "Bean and a Burrito" is the loss jobs to legitimate citizen's or legal card holder's! Punish those who employ them and also shore up our borders. Those two things will help to reduce the problem!

On a side note: I cannot believe they give a US driver's test in Spanish. If you can't read the American test then how the hell can you read the street sign's??? Riddle me That Batman!

I agree employers are also to blame, but it difficult for them to determine who is and isnt, if they have the appropriate documents, you cant question them.

However those that pay less them minimum wage, or under the table, should spend some time in a federal prison. + fines equal to the profits made while employing them.

Because to be PC they have made most of the "Action" street signs into pictures. You know those silly signs with the red circle with the line thru them.

On the other subject you mentioned, any US citizen with enough smarts wouldn't work at a "Bean and a Burrito" or McDonalds, etc. They would stay home and collect food stamps, ADC, welfare etc. You can make more money by not working and popping out welfare babies than you can by working a minimum wage job.

And to top it off, you don't have to pay taxes on welfare money!

There is a 5 year limit on welfare, and thats lifetime, however there are a lot of exceptions.

I know a lot of citizens that work at McDonalds.

I think its absurd that welfare payments are untaxable, but unemployment checks are.

Side Note:
You ever go places and just sit down and people watch? Ever think as you watch the, well let's be PC and just say unique people with their kids and think "Why are these people allowed to reproduce"? I know everyone has a right to bear arms and babies but there are those that really should not!

I don't agree with "Gunny Bob" Newman, and what I find worrysome is that I believe that the scenario Newman describes is plausible. During WWII we locked up Japanese Americans out of fear that they might be loyal to the Japanese emperor.

A flaw that I see in Newman's plan is that he is specifically targetting Muslims who were born outside of the U.S. It doesn't make any sense to me to target foreigners, since--unlike in WWII--no foreign governments have declared war on the U.S.

The point I was making is that there are a LOT of able bodied people on welfare that shouldn't be because they scam the system and make more than the people working a minimum wage job.

You cant tell looking at people if their handicapped. A healthy looking person could have a breathing problem where they cant walk very far.

Mike, I appreciate the link. I have read that article and I am quite familiar with how a "contrail" is formed. I am also aware of many legitimate cloud seeding programs, some that occur over our very own heads. These programs rely on a chemical stew to make the clouds form. If folks do not like barium, aluminum and other elements in their air, it is not nuts, it is common sense.

Contrails are also formed by piston powered aircraft and sometimes by, yup, BIRDS. I know this is a downer for Craig, but at least the UFO thing going on in McMinville makes this bit of bad news not so harsh
