Bush is the gift that keeps on giving, he'll send more Americans to die in Iraq soon, or veto the stem cell bill, maybe he will give Chaney 10 bucks to shoot someone in the face.

Totally!

It's a cycle that is almost laughable! Most of our media with focus on ANYTHING besides the core issues. It's frustrating and funny at the same time. Perhaps this is why Internet people to people publishing is gaining so much steam.

The news and commentary found on the net, in a growing number of cases, outclasses traditional media on a regular basis. It's also in the open, linked and generally traceable back to the source material. This chain of information is a whole lot more useful (and informative where matters of who are connected to who are concerned) than the simple trust necessary to make solid use of traditional media.

The bandwidth is higher too. For some reason, we've got pretty serious tunnel vision in our mainstream sources. It's as if they can only do one major story at a time. Maybe two, with all the good stuff on the back page, or in brief snippets.

Internet media, no matter how much attention is being given to something like this, always seems to manage to maintain enough focus to keep more important issues moving.
