Maybe Golden Horse Seafood 238 NW Fourth Ave Portland, OR 97209 I just ate there a few weeks ago, and they had geoducks on the menu, and we had a great meal, despite the Citysearch reviews...

Three guesses who Crowbar's sidekick was in the Ma & Pa Kettle movies... Apart from those movies this is the only time I've seen references to geoduck(s). Guess I need to get out more...

I bought a bar. Radio is very much in the past. I check the board once in awhile to blast people I used to work with and see who has recently been fired.

I used to get it at Sea Galley, and Harbor Lights, but they came off the menus years ago. I think most of the G-Ducks now go to Japan, Making another house hunting trip in soon, so that's why I brought it up. Radio people know everything. As for the Evergreen mascot and the school, Has the AAU santioned Hacky Sack as a college sport and does the Mascot wear Birkies? Since my wife is a graduate from there, I like to keep in touch with their activities. The Olympia and Tacoma campuses were not a warm and accepting place to "Men of European Complexion". Thx Mrs. M will check them out.

Here is Twally putting it out there that the bar he owns is his new gig. But is this the same reason you left radio? Your unwillingness to promote not only yourself but also the station? You have customers willing to line up and supplement what I can only imagine is a great recession proof business in the sale of libations to the drinking public. So Twally give it up already. When is Happy Hour, and when do you open. Waiting to here from you so that I can mapquest the bar "you just bought"

Depending apon the location, I might come out to this new bar. The Yugo is purring like a kitten and a refreshing alcoholic beverage does sound most excellent.
