Just saw a Movin 1075 advertisement on channel 8 today, 3 times during the 6 o clock evening hour today!. Looks like they are back pumping out the tv ads again.
Maybe they should be spending the money on a LIVE air staff first!!

Yeah I saw the ads on tv today also. Its a bit odd and actually quite pathetic that the stationn still only has 1 live dj on that station. I know of a few people who sent a few demos into that station and have gotten nothing in response, and these are some pretty damn good talents.
So either They are bullshitting everyone into believing that they are hiring air talents or management is stalling on hiring talent.
A station like Movin needs more air talent and energy, contests, ect. The Voice tracked woman in the midday needs to go! Hurry up and get a live person on that shift!

Movin is doing EVERYTHING WRONG! No wonder that station had a horrible first book! First off that station does need more live dj's very badley! Justin Timberlake is coming to town and I have heard nothing about that concert on Movin. Jammin and Z100 are giving away tickets all day tomorrow, every hour, yet Movin is DOING NOTHING!!!! They only have 1 dj, so how can you give away tickets and build excitement when most of the dayparts have no live dj's???

At least TRY to stay competitive with the other stations.

Is that the booty-shakin' ad with people wearing dorky clothes (polyester khaki pants?) and dancing to tired old stuff? Ick.

They are giving tickets away today, but it's from listen to you your name on the air.

Of course they aren't spending much money, since they aren't making money and probably won't.....ever.

You don't put any money into the station, you won't be making any money PERIOD!

Movin is not the only station running ads on the tv! Just saw an Ad for Charlie during the 6 o clock newscast.

I would like to see the Movin commercials run at 3:00 am on the television stations when very few people are awake. And then charged the prices as if the commercial was ran at 3:00 pm. It would be the only fair thing to do.

Last week (April 12th and April 13th) commercials were ran on Movin for Shennigans Easter Brunch. Wait a minute Easter was on April 8th.

The commercial was probably bartered and the station management doesn't seem to care if running the commercial after Easter doesn't help sales at Shennigans.

Movin isn't the only radio station that has ran commercials after the event has occurred, but it is increasing and when you call the DJ to point it out they say it's not their job to stop running the commercial.

Later on the DJ's then don't understand why they might be fired for their lack of concern of hurting advertisers.

Those commercials for Movin are so horribly bad they
are turning the whole two listeners who listen to that station off. Close up shots of people's asses, thats what the entire commercial is. AWFUL!

Oh GOD! Just saw a commercial for Jammin 95.5 on the tv today during the o clock news! Does every station in portland need to be running tv commercials??? Good Grief! Cmon k103 where is your tv commercials and Kink i havent seen any from you. I have a BRILLIANT IDEA!!! HOW ABOUT EVERY STATION IN PORTLAND START RUNNING TV COMMERCIALS, THAN THE ENTIRE COMMERCIALS ON TV WILL BE ADS ABOUT RADIO STATIONS!!!

I think the movin spots are great.

Movin' is a GAWD AWFUL mess!

They would really get your attention if they put a gal on there with a "Badonkadonk Butt" or maybe one with tight dirty white stretch pants that shows of her really great "Thunder Cottage Cheese Thighs" of maybe even the one with the two giggly bunnies stuck in her pants!!!

I think it's funny that Beano and I, both probably "most wanted" on their target demographics are grossed out by the ads. So much for their "two (potential) listeners".

When I see and hear that commercial I think they should redo it. Instead of "Movin, Music that makes you happy" it should be "Movin, Music to shake your Badonkadonk Butt to"

I would never shake my "junk in the trunk" to that crapola, unless I was really, really twisted at something like a wedding or Trix's beach house. And even then, somebody else would need to "get the party started". DT? You first!
