A quick skim did raise some interesting responses that do not mesh well with our current work culture and environment. eg: Should hard work result in security? Majority = yes Is strong middle class essential to a strong nation? Majority = yes. I find this right in line with Thom Hartmanns usual framing of the issues of interest to your average American. The section I found most interesting, at first glance, was the obstacles and goals section. There is a high degree of consensus on what people want. It's the usual stuff. Living wage, health care, etc... On the obstacles, or why we are not seeing these things, there is less consensus... This suggests to me, we are not getting the information we need to be able to sort out the issues and where we stand on them. (duh)
