Whichever has the thread I am watching that minute. Depends on the topic. More often than not, it's this one.

It's funny though ( not funny " ha ha " either ) while I have little to no experience in terrestrial radio ( something that a few regulars - but less than there used to be - on that side of the board like to try and shame me with ) I have VERY defined progamming theories. I'm not saying they are better or worse than others. I'm saying you would have a harder tme convincing me that I am wrong about how I feel music can be presented than say, politics. I am much more open minded about politics - mostly because it's not a passion of mine. And frankly, I have cut more of my teeth on politcal issues in here than anywhere else. People on this side of the board get esoteric and really dig deep to think about their positions. People on the radio side have a business to think about. That changes how and why people think about their respective product. Plus, they have regular measures of success ( ratings ). The topics on this side are much more long-term and less instantly gratifying.

Bouncing between the two though is VERY healthy for me.

Yes! When I'm watching a thread on either side, I will start there first.

What if you're not watching a thread, where do you start? I begin on the radio side 100% of the time but rarely forget to check out the Politics side in the past year or so.

I'm with Chicken on this. Depends on where my focus is at the time.

Always check the radio side first, otherwise.

Always check the radio side first. It's kind of like, that side has "news", and this side has the editorials.

As a rule, I check the radio side. However, if I get to the front page and a post from someone I never miss reading is in either section, I start there first.

I usually start on the "Springer" side of the board then work my way over to the "Dr Phil" side later on!

He was hoping they would make it to Jack Parr or Ed Sullivan. Who are those guys? ;o)

At this point, on the radio side, we would reference Jay Letterman, the overnighter on 106.7 -- http://www.khits1067.com/ -- and perhaps, Leno DeRoune at 94.5 WKTI in Milwaukie, Wisconsin -- http://ktipd.blogspot.com/index.html

Was radio only for the first couple years, now 90% politics. My life experience in 'politics and other' has exceeded my radio experience many fold by this point.
