If Kristina is hosting slow jams, than that is A smart move for Z100! Kristina is by far the best jock on that station currently! The fact that they have a voice tracked mid day girl is Stupid, when they could be putting Kristina on Midays and HAVING HER LIVE AND LOCAL!!

In recent weeks, Kristina has been hosting the "Sunday Nite Slow Down" on Z100. R-Dub is now only hosting his nationally syndicated "Sunday Nite Slow Jamz"...which is heard locally on 104.7 KDUK.

I agree with Beano, that new midday girl on Jammin is annoying and not very good! Although It amazes me that Careezy has been at Jammin for so long, by far the most annoying voice in radio! She must be sleeping with Mark Adams!
