Personally I think text message shorthand is far easier to read than those posts which look like a paragraph but are really one big long runon sentence without any punctuations at all I have seen at least a couple users on this forum do this quite a bit I wont say who cause You know who you are Just going on and on and on and on and on without stopping to take a breath letting all their thoughts and sentences run together in one big giant mishmash of words and phrases WHAT HAS THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE EVER DONE TO YOU

If there really is a God, "Movin'" likely won't survive too far past the summer book. At least that's judging by the general apathy I have noticed amongst the public toward "Movin'"s generally-stagnated playlist and its pathetic excuse of a non-format. (That's just what I see in my crystal ball, although it might well even be different in the real world!!)

The sad part about MOVIN is that station could work but it won't for MANY REASONS! CBS has put ZERO money into that station and it shows! Stacey Lynne is the only live jock on that station and wont be able to hold the station by herself. The voice tracked woman before her is awful and reads off the same stale liner cards on every talk break! That station sounds LIFELESS!! Where are the contests, the energy, the callers?? Thats what Top 40s strenghts have always been. And last but not least the playlist is still HORRIBLE! Absolutely AWFUL! Until they start localizing the flavor of music, that staion is gong no where! They play THE SAME BURNT OUT, STALE SONGS THAT PEOPLE ARE SICK AND TIRED OF HEARING!!!!! How many times do we need to hear "creep" By TLC??? Talk about a burnt out song! Brittney spears????? Give me a break! Someone new needs to help out with the music selections BADLEY!

Movin 1075 is suposed to make you feel good, but really it makes most people go ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ~!!
That station needs more live talent. They need a live guy on the mid-day on that station. 2 female jocks back to back doesn't sound good, it never has!
The two voices almost clash together. The station is poorly programed, the music is a mess and its quite apparent that CBS has no plans on keeping that station around much longer. Look at how much money they have put into that station???? Nothing.
The writing is on the wall, the new flavor of the month station will be coming soon!

I think Love Shack should be a POWER song and be played ever hour. That would save the station.

Who ever heard of live announcers on a major market station anyway? They ran an ad. I guess nobody applied.

Justin keeps coming on here and complaining about how bad they are. Obviously, he listens to them a lot or he wouldn't be so up on what they are doing. Same with a few others.

Bottom line.... If you don't like it, stop listening and turn the dial to some other station that plays what you like. It really is that simple. It gets old reading the same comments over and over again.

I got a better idea. Why not get your own station so you can program it yourself to your liking so DJFresh can comment on it and we can all tell you what is wrong with your programming.

I used to listen to Mix107 until they flipped to its current "format". Now 93.1 is in my "presets" (in quotes because aside from digital tuners, I also have a couple analogue radios with mechanical "preset" selectors) where 107 used to be.

I try to avoid listening to 107 now if I at all can!! (At work it's a little difficult on those days when I am not commanding the CD player, which isn't always........)

Actually Roger, you weren't too far away from me there........summer 2000, set up a *very experimental* music station on channel 40 broadcasting from my bedroom at home, on a cheap GE handheld I bought for $1.00 at a junk shop down in Wheeler.

And the first song broadcast?
"The Grid", a 20-minute Philip Glass piece from Koyaanisqatsi!

I don't have a request line but if you are lucky you might be able to get to me on channel 19 if I have my ears on.......Breaker 19 to "Big Fox" if you wanna yak. (Note that I rarely have my rig turned on, but I do sometimes..........)
