Stumbled on this. Thought it is a bit more newsworthy than it currently seems to be. http://www.postchronicle.com/commentary/article_21270952.shtml I remember hearing about this provision, thinking it's a solid check. The false Iraq authorization really should not carry into Iran. That's a seperate burden, far from being met. Anyone know more? Commentary?

Actually, you can have that number of people checking bad policy, and that's the point. All things considered, we know the Resident is just not good at War or (most) policy decisions; therefore, the check is just. Having to even write that provision shows the clown for the fool he is, doesn't it?
