Ok so the odds are against it but it isn't all that uncommon.

As an expample goto the Oregon Lottery website and look at the winners by county section and you will see seemingly in the same days and day after day for weeks at a time where the same person keeps hitting decent "go to Salem" winners via Keno.

I can't figure out whether they are manipulating the game or just have lots of bankroll.

Also there is a lady here in Oregon who has won Win for Life's grand prize of $1000.00 a week for life at least three times since the game was introduced a couple of years ago.
