This has been coming for over a year but now it's official. "Elmer's Pancake & Steak House" is closing it's Beaverton store this Sunday at 3:00pm. They were not permitted to renew their lease with the owners of "Cedar Hills Crossing" (formerly The Beaverton Mall). Also closing will be Washington Mutual Bank. These buildings will be torn down. I'm going in one more time for pancakes.
