FCC still has an enforcement bureau??

Did they have to pull him off of the "wardrobe malfunction" case?

They'd better get hopping on this - there's another Superbowl halftime show coming up in less than 2 weeks!

"FCC Chairman Kevin Martin has directed the FCC Enforcement Bureau to look into the matter."

I have yet to hear from anybody specific violations of FCC regulations or policies in this matter. I don't remember seeing anything in the CFR or policies that would apply to this.

I'm thinking this is just a civil & criminal matter for the local courts.
