Yep, me too.
After thinking about this, it seems to me a perfect fit for an HD2 / AM combination.
This format is decent. Heck, it's got reggae! (That's always good)
Broadcast it on both, make sure the AM listeners know they can get an HD Radio and tune the higher quality broadcast.
