Sounds like an interesting fledgling idea wiht a long way to go. The technology is kind of in process, as there are mobile telephones that can hop from the currently-used wireless cell systems to WiFi when it is available. |

I have a card I can put in my laptop, along with broadband service from Verizon, I can use the internet from anywhere, I can see the cost coming down, or being tied in with something like On Star giving internet use in autos fairly cheaply. |

Oh....that's just what we need.....sorry officer I guess I did not see that the traffic had stopped as I was to busy surfing porn on the net and just ran into that car!!!!!! That will be more fatal than alcohol and cell phones combined!!! But you are right...pretty soon internet access will be an option....probably starting out with a vehicle like the Cadillac Escalade and the GMC Denali! |
