Have to be available 24/7 just like the poor sap that get's that CC job! Only I fear he will have it much much worse than I!!! LOL

He will most likely need a bed in the studio and live there from the sounds of it! So I guess he would be working from home then! LOL

SOME COMMENTS.......

.."Working knowledge of KTAR computer system(s)".

So you would already have to be employed by KTAR to have knowledge of KTAR computer systems.

...the Business Development Manager bears primary responsibility for ensuring that sellers individually and the department as a whole hit their revenue targets.
... Train new sellers.
... Provide ongoing training to the sales staff.

You get to train them and guide them, but someone else gets to hire them. but, if they fall short it's all you... rather hire my own people.

..."and must be on-call and available to respond 24/7. You must be able to climb ladders, work in small spaces and have the ability to lift 50 pounds".

Seeking midget power lifter with insomnia....

Do you have to be able to carry the 50 pounds up the ladder and put in in a small space? maybe warehouse work or firefighter is a better option.

Mostly I would assume that the stations settle for less than their "ideal" candidate. I look at it this way, if your boss is a good guy, the job is a snap. If your boss sucks, no amount of experience, passion, and dedication will make it a great experience.

Many a crappy boss has ruined a great job opportunity.
