It is 12:38 am Thursday Morning.

To this day there is no indication on his website, nor on his 24/7 satellite feed that he died a few years ago. The old recordings just keep rolling.

I saw that he was dead on his site. I didn't know for sure until then though. Couldn't remember.

Man, I can't tell you the VERY vivid memories I had of that guy on the TV when I was a kid in San Francisco. I liken it to my first days on the internet: " How does this guy talk like this and nobody kills him? "

Chicken, as a kid watching SF TV, do you remember "The Old Sourdough & Watchecanooka" on ch 36 and later on ch 20? They hosted late-nite movies for MMM Carpets; the Old Sourdough was dressed as a prospector and Watchecanooka was his faithful Indian companion. They (in reality) smoked a lot of pot and you could really tell. I wormed my way onto the set for taping one day, and the air was blue!

The Indian was Gary Ferry and I can't remember the fellows name who played the Old Sourdough.

It looks like drgenescott.com is on from 12am to 1am on KPXG Ch. 22, since his wife is preaching today!
