I liked the Snorkes, remember them? Or what about the Gummy Bears. I used to love watching the Gummy Bears on sat Mornings.

The Warner Brothers classics from the 1930s and 40s have to be near the top of the list somewhere... Andrew

I already posted mine: "What's Opera Doc?" Awesome. I vote for the Warner Brothers stuff overall. Did they do Rocky & Bullwinkle? If not, then that's gotta be on the list too.

Foghorn Leghorn is the only cartoon character I can think of who could be considered presidential material. Maybe make Judy Jetson his running mate?

MUPPET BABIES! and the Smurfs, handsdown The Smurfs was the greatest cartoon ever. I have season 1 on DVD and I find myself watching it more than my kids. Im also partial to Richey Rich and Duck Tales.

I gotta agree with those of you who mentioned the old Warner Bros. cartoons. Bugs Bunny ROCKS! And Mel Blanc, the voice for most of those classic characters, was from Portland!

Rocky & Bullwinkle (Jay Ward) including Fractured Fairy Tales and Mr. Peabody and his boy Sherman. (Actually there were two series which overlapped, Rocky and His Friends '59-'64 and The Bullwinkle Show '61-'73).

THUNDERCATS, man!! There was a short-lived "follow-up", Silverhawks, that (I think) was equally as cool. It has developed a cult following over the years. Matter of fact, my smaller BMX bike is named "Tally Hawk".....
