This just went up on the Portland Business Journal site.
Considering that right-wing talk show hosts like Lars Larson and Victoria Taft always ague against schools and other governmetn agencies from bring back measures voters reject, does anyone think they will do the same against Sizemore?
Personally, I really doubt it.

Sizemore wants another insurance vote

Portland Business Journal - 1:33 PM PST Monday
Bill Sizemore refuses to take no for an answer.

The activist known for his opposition to taxes, unions and most government funding, failed to get voters last month to approve his effort to prohibit insurance companies from using credit scoring to decide rates.

On Nov. 7, 876,075 voters said no and 479,935 said yes to Ballot Measure 42.

On Dec. 8 Sizemore filed an initiative, No. 59, with the Oregon Secretary of State Elections Division for a chance to bring the question back to voters in 2008.

Sizemore is a snake oil salesman. I'm sure his credit score is crap due to the MILLIONS in judgements he's skipped out on. And looking at the vote tally, apparantly a strong majority of Oregonians feel insurance appropriately measures risk without the government getting involved.

Since I do not listen to Larson or Taft much anymore, I hope someone who does will let us know what they think about this.
