DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (CNN) -- Former Secretary of State Colin Powell said Wednesday that Iraq's violence meets the standard of civil war and that if he were heading the State Department now, he might recommend that the administration use that term.

I'll betcha that FOX wants dollars and eyeballs more than they don't want to further Democratic power.

They will move to the annoyingly right of center and camp there, in a largely defensible position, until the time once again comes to learn hard right.
