Midnight Zamboni Run Prompts Firings By JOHN MILLER/Associated Press November 22, 2006 11:35 PM EST BOISE, Idaho - Two employees of the city's ice skating rink have been fired for making a midnight fast-food run in a pair of Zambonis. An anonymous tipster reported seeing the two big ice-resurfacing machines chug through a Burger King drive-through . . . . . . "They were fired immediately," said Parks Department Director Jim Hall. . . . When we interviewed them, they didn't seem to be too concerned about it. . . http://enews.earthlink.net/article/str?guid=20061122/4563d950_3ca6_1552620061122 -2108389457 Hmm . . . I dunno, this could be a pretty cool thing to do . . . have a story like this to tell your grandkids!

Yeah really. What's the downside? What is a job lower than that, that will be not worth losing the Zamboni gig? Good for them! Live it up, man! They hurt nobody.

Awesome! I would do that in a fricking minute! There are other jobs, but there won't be other Zamboni stories. Love the commentary. "They didn't seem too concerned about it." I'll bet they weren't! Who knows? Maybe they saw the King on the way through.
