Looking good on the legislation front. I'm liking the early signs.

Do you think the likes of Herb will rise up against adopting the 9/11 Commission Recommendations? After all, the last Republican Congress didn't want to do them, so they must be bad.

I'm eager to see what happens in that regard.
IMHO, it will come down to priorities. The ones really pushing the three G's want it at all costs. Getting along on the other things will marginalize those issues. Probably not a good thing from their perspective.
When nothing else matters, but... it makes for very different value judgements. Hard to know.
