There's no way the lame duck Senate could ever get it through. Dems would block any attempt during the short session, so it would be pointless to try. Bush will have to start over with the new Democratic Senate in January.

This will be more trouble for Bush. I still don't believe that the North Koereans set off a Nuke as the first tests showed no radation.

That might have been the same group that found WMD's in Iraq (P.S. none have been found since 1999). So that more than 100,000 Iraq's could be killed and more than 2,000 soldiers.

Based on some military people I know if there was a war with N.Korea it would last 6 weeks the problem is that they would throw everything including the kitchen sink.....
