The ones that didn't off themselves or surrender to the Allies and face their day in court in Nuremberg.

Rudolf Hess got away, and as far as I know was never heard from again.

Er, Hess was a little nuts and actually flew on his own from Germany to Scotland in 1941, supposedly to try to make peace but was immediately arrested. He was tried at Nuremberg and died in prison in 1987. Were you thinking of some other Nazi?
