The new season is barely underway, and some may not even give a rip about the Blazers, but after watching the first game of the season I came away pretty impressed with the team. It's pretty clear it's a (mostly) brand new team and it was evident last night...good attitudes, unselfish play, and clutch performances. It has been a long while since those three traits could be applied to a Blazer team, and having been off the bandwagon for several years, I'm already looking forward to watching them play this year. They may not win more than they lose this year, but I've already watched more Blazer basketball in one season than I did all last year.

Brandon Roy will prove to be the steal of the draft.

Now...if someone would just do something about those ugly uniforms...

I wish they would do something about the announcers.

The Blazers looked pretty sharp toward the end. Once they got past the first quarter they played hard. Last years team probably would have lost the game. There have been some great victories by our teams in Oregon haven't there?

Is there a place where you can get some old school Blazers stuff like a Bill Walton jersey or a T-shirt pertaining to said player.
