If you believe it’s important to keep commuters up to date with frequent and accurate reports on tie ups and on reliable alternate routes, this could be a great place for you. You’ll work in excellent facilities in a studio specifically designed for traffic reports and work with other top of class pros. You must have significant on-air experience and be enthusiastic about your craft and our business. This is a part-time position, but with regular weekday hours (3pm - 7pm). In this day and age post-Bush, many people will accept any kind of work until Obama gets things turned around. I'm not saying KPAM is a crummy place to work. Is it?

KOIN -TV, a Division of NTV, LLC Portland, Oregon, the CBS Affiliiate in the 22nd ranked markt, is seeking an Assignment Editor.

*Responsible for facilitating news coverage as directed by strong news judgment, viewer research, station brand and management direction.
*Directs crews and resources to get as much compelling content as possible, as directed to do so by Assignment Manager, other news managers, news judgment, station brand and research.


KOIN TV in Portland, OR has a rare opportunity for a MORNING EXECUTIVE PRODUCER. The EP will oversee KOIN’s morning newscasts, giving direction to line producers, anchors and live crews. This position requires you to work overnights where you will take a leadership role. The ideal candidate is now producing morning news in a large market or is serving as an executive producer.
