This from yesterday's All Access: In other deals filed with the FCC, the SECOND AMENDMENT FOUNDATION and the CITIZENS COMMITTEE FOR THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS are buying out partner ALAN M. GOTTLIEB's 34% interest in KBNP RADIO, INC., licensee of Business Talk KBNP-A/PORTLAND, OR, for $544,000 each ($1.088 million total).
