To find out the overall perception of the 1980s compared to other decades, you would have to perform surveys. By the way, your question is vague: are you asking whether people think that the 80s were a bad decade overall, or are you asking whether they hate the (hit) songs of that decade. Informally, I can tell you that the 1980s pop music has nostalgic appeal to Gen-Xers because those people were going through their tween and teen years during that time. ...And no, I will not succumb to this thinly veiled advertisement for your Internet radio station.

Verm, you flip your formats more frequency than any mega-owner flips their low performing AMs. How the heck are you to build any kind of audience of any size? Live365 is a different animal -- you gotta build it up with slow and measured changes. Abrupt format changes are best reserved for moderates fed up with Rush.
