Have a friend in Florida that is looking to buy a station, and is considering Portland. Anyone know of any properties for sale other than the CBS cluster? Would appreciate any input. KNND in cottage Grove is for sale. I believe he is asking 300.000 form it. Seems kinds steep for a stand alone AM station

KNND was bought a couple of years ago by
Paul Schwartzberg (not sure on spelling)...I think
