Second, what would ever possess someone to eat them from a known poisonous fish??

Third, how big are they and how many do you have to eat to make you sick? (Personally I think you must be sick before you eat any of them!!)

Years ago, there was a Simpsons episode that parodied this Japanese delicacy of fugu. We might laugh at these Japanese guys for doing something as reckless as eating a part of a fish that has poison that "is nearly 100 times more poisonous than potassium cyanide," but don't Americans also do some things that might look dangerous or even stupid to people from other cultures? What do you think about bungee jumping or any of the myriad of extreme sports that are out there?
