Obama did not have to take the Oath to become president anyway. He became President of the United States at 12:00pm eastern time on January 20th.

True, he was President for almost six minutes before he took the oath. But does anyone know if he is required to take it at some point after?

I don't know of any law regarding the oath, although it's possible there's a vague law about it. I think the Oath is largely ceremonial.

Sarcasm has no place in a legitimate news organization. Especially on a network like FOX where the viewers might take his obvious sarcasm for reality.

Just another reason why I rarely tune into FOX other than Huckabee on occassion and now Glenn Beck.

I want to print off a few supplementary bumper stickers for those that still wear them " McCain Palin " on their automobile. It would match seamlessly and it would say "...just kidding."

FAUXNews spin and Chris I'm sure was joking. But leave it to FAUXNews to bring it up. You know that Insannity and LimBALH are going to run this into the ground.

Yes indeed, conservative talk radio is QUITE sad. However, the con windbags will find fault in anything he does, even if he turns the economy around in the next year. Look at what they did to Clinton and the economy in the 90s was high flying. The really sad part is all the half-wits who still would follow Rush Bigmouth into the gates of hell.
