Ch. 52 is to be vacated on 2/17/09. It will be (or has been) auctioned off for (probably) broadband use.
All digital channels are between Ch. 2 and Ch. 51.
Ch. 52 moves to another channel. Someone posted the old/new list for Portland, but I can't find the thread.

Ch. 52 is moving to 20. They have a flash cut digital application on file.
Apparently when Ch 52 LPTV moved to Ch. 17 a few years ago, the channel became a translator.
