Watch out when driving on I-5 Northbound between the Fremont and Interstate bridges, especially in the right hand lane. It is ripped up really bad and chock full of large potholes. It looks like people did burnouts with their chains on. Some potholes are at least 5 feet in length.

It's like that all over town! The city streets are ripped to shreds also. It's horrible.

Now the center lane between the Fremont and I-5 bridge is torn up as well. That right lane well shred your suspension if you hit those divots at freeway speeds. Luckily I only know about them from rush your traffic.

I saw a few of these potholes yesterday--if I remember correctly--on SE Powell and SE Burnside. Fortunately, I didn't hit any of them. This is what roads in the Northeast look like after the winter is done. Many years ago, Buffalo had problems with the frames on their brand new Flxible buses being broken by hitting big potholes!

Last summer, I hit a big while driving on the highway in Utah. It cracked my hubcap and dented the edge of my rim! Fortunately, I don't think that the suspension was damaged.
