Does KPSU have a difficult time covering its costs? How is the station funded?

Well, wouldn't this "Psychedelic Renaissance" show qualify as an oldies show? Or is 62kgw trying to say that this is a sub-par oldies show?

A "show" ain't good enough. 62kgw wants the return of the FORMAT - full time. Not just a few hours a week.
