“No contact anywhere with an illegal alien!” conservative talk show host Michael Savage advised his U.S. listeners this week on how to avoid the swine flu. “And that starts in the restaurants" where he said, you “don’t know if they wipe their behinds with their hands!”

Boston talk radio host Jay Severin was suspended after calling Mexican immigrants "criminalians" during a discussion of swine flu and saying that emergency rooms had become "essentially condos for Mexicans."

“This disgusting blight is because MEXICANS ARE PIGS!” an anonymous poster ranted on the “prison planet” forum, part of radio host and columnist Alex Jones’ Web site.

“I’ve blogged for years about the spread of contagious diseases from around the world into the U.S. as a result of uncontrolled immigration,” conservative columnist Michelle Malkin wrote on her Web site. “9/11 didn’t convince the open-borders zealots to put down their race cards and confront reality. Maybe the threat of their sons or daughters contracting a deadly virus spread from south of the border to their Manhattan prep schools will.” (The cluster of New York school students who first contracted H1N1 brought the virus back from Mexico. The school is in Queens.)

-Maybe someone should inform Michelle Malkin that based on her looks, her family must be immigrants too?? What a hypocrite!

It's about protecting US in America. It's not about Mexico. I know that everyone thinks that but it's not. It's a sad day when our own President could care less about this Swine Flu. Well better luck next life I guess.

If you ask me, the swine flu is happening because it is being allowed to happen. They can then use this to shut down public gatherings and public places for periods of time so people don't get together to discuss how much of a farce this probably is.

And meanwhile 692.307 Americans die from "regular flu" every week.

Where is the hysteria over that?

And about 300 die at the hands of DUI drivers. No outrage here either.

Well that might be true abut the regular Influenza, but I would imagine that a vast majority of people have taken the "flu shot" and the swine flu, if left to spread "willy nilly" would be a tidal wave of deaths. Much much more than the regular flu. It is so new that it hasn't had a chance to spread like crazy yet. it is just in the infancy stages I would have to imagine. Taking steps to help protect America against any kind of health problems should be at the forefront of anyones agenda. If the President doesn't want to close the border and the government shrugs there shoulders, then who is going to protect us against the Swine Flu? It's every Man, Lady and child for themselves. What kind of Nation is this?
