LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Jay Leno checked into a Los Angeles hospital on Thursday with an undisclosed illness, forcing the comedian to cancel a taping of "The Tonight Show" for the first time in his 17-year tenure.

Leno's representatives did not say what he was treated for at the hospital, but he is expected to return to work on Monday.

He's heartsick because none of his babies will run well on the proposed new fuel requirements in Cali.

Best thing California can do rather than keep upping the emissions requirements is kick out two thirds of the people living there and make the rest of them walk!

None of these proposed green initiatives will make enough difference to change anything. California has been the leader in the green movement for decades, everybody else adjusts to them and yet we still are experiencing "ENVIROMENTAL DIFFICULTIES" please stand by.

How green do you want to go and at what price?

Here's a new reality show. AMERICA'S BIGGEST GREENER. EVERYBODY PLAYS. Every week 9 million people are voted out for not being green enough. At the end of the 35 week run, someone is chosen America's biggest greener and gets the whole country to themselves. We can do it worldwide so at the end, each country has only one person left.
(Kim Jong Il wins by default in North Korea)

Which leads us to the next Show. Who Wants to Find a Partner before Humans are Extinct. (remember some one might wind up with Kim)

The earth will return to it's pristine state and we can do it all again in another 3-4 thousand years.

Enough already. Makes me want to say screw it and start burning trash in a barrel again.

Anyone else remember the good old days when the truck would come down the street on a warm windless summer evening and spray the fog of DDT to control the mosquitos? Ahhhhh memories. Good times playing hide and seek in the fog.

Yeah, I remember. I also remember riding my bicycle, along with all the neighbor kids, in that fog!

That had to be great for our health!!!

I'm betting that Jay Leno's new show on NBC in the 10 o'clock hour will not last a season. Get over yourself Leno your not funny or interesting.

Hey Moman74, what about putting gasoline on the weeds, it works just as well, but your way is a little cheaper, and at least yours involves recycling the oil in a way!

What about putting your car up on the street CORNER for an oil change, just your front tires on the edge of the curb , just so your oil pan is directly on top of the storm drain. It makes Clean up a breeze! uhh, so i've heard.
