Why is it it's just OK with everyone on this forum (except the Conservatives) that Democrats can grab all the money they want, but if a Republican does it they are the lowest form animal known to man.

If you don't believe me, just read the posts that will follow in this thread.

>>>"One of those allegedly asleep-at-the-switch board members was Chicago's Rahm Emanuel—now chief of staff to President Barack Obama—who made at least $320,000 for a 14-month stint at Freddie Mac that required little effort."<<<

And what's your end game Deane?

Tell us what this means, why it matters.

All you really have done, with a majority of your posts, is cherry pick stuff in an attempt to make Democrats look as bad as Republicans look.

No way that's going to happen anytime soon.

We are going to do the exact same things Republicans asked for; namely, give the administration time to lead and then we will see how it goes.

It's not even 100 days yet.

He reads the Drudge Report. I wouldn't be surprised if all of the threads posted here by Deane have their origin at the Drudge Report.

Notice how Deane's post really has little substance to it? Of course, if there is such a plan it certainly isn't going to be broadcast. Not to mention all the work that's been accomplished in two months after 8 years of no accomplishments.

When are you guys going to learn that Deane is only here to get your goat? The day I see his posts go unanswered and quickly sink in the list is the day I know everyone has realized he isn't here for discussion on level terms. He's truly a troll in every sense of the word. Worse, he's become a parrot of the right wing news agencies. Obama's administration is still in the first inning and the right is calling for a pitching change, a coaching change, and team relocation. Long ago I realized how uninformative and droll Deane's posts are. My mission now is to get everyone to ignore them altogether. Interestingly enough, to date, it's not the more conservative amongst us that constantly reply to his inanity. If that was the case, the posts would become a conversation between maybe 3 posters. Someone tell me why you still pay attention to his crap?

"Notice how Deane's post really has little substance to it?"

Notice how you have so little to say you have to copy your posts into every thread.

Notice how I don't buy this Obama wonder boy crap that he is going to change the world. Notice how I don't happen to be the gullible one of the bunch who believes anything liberal must be wonderful. Notice I don't believe Obama is the holy one sent to lead us to the promised land. Notice I don't think he is keeping his promise to bring change. Notice I don't think he is keeping his promise to have openness and transparency. Notice I don't think he is keeping his promise to not put lobbyists in his administration. Notice I don't believe he is keeping his promise for a middle class tax cut. Notice I think you bought a bill of goods.

If he wasn't bringing change, you'd have nothing to complain about.

Deane could come up with a new post every 10 minutes for the next 6 months and it wouldn't even come close....
