Yesterday, he put on clown shoes and called himself Jon Stewart.

This interview with Jim Cramer is a goddamn brilliant piece of journalism.

The Daily Show continues to be our best national bullshit detector.

Jon Stewart is relentless. I heard about the interview on ABC News last night at 11PM. So I decided to stay up and watch TDS. I saw the first half of the interview and decided to watch the entire show at 2PM or 8PM today on Comedy Central.

Yeah it really is amazing.

I don't want to sound like a conspiracy nut however I think the Bush administration knew what they were doing in 2002-2003. The "Ownership" society plan was to let everyone have a house. Marginally employed? No problem. Large credit risk? You are approved. And the way A.R.M.s were set up, then they finally ballooned, the proverbial bubble burst. But it happened about 5 months too early. I think the plan was for the collapse to occur right at the start of a new Democratic presidency and then they could scream and holler about how it's the Dems fault. It didn't work out this way but the corporate "news" is still slipping in the "Obama recession" and other crappy buzzwords to link it to Obama instead of almost 30 years of Reaganomics.

Skep, just visit http://www.comedycentral.com

In the center, there will be an AD of some kind. Look at the list below. The interview is there.

If you want it other than streamed, I think that's a signup.
