There was another story that came out last year about an Autistic kid that had similar circumstances. But this kid lit up the scoreboard for something like 20 points.

I think Jason's story probably played out better but overall I do like the feel good nature of this most recent story as well.

Wow LS, that's incredible.

It's amazing, you hear and see so much negativity in the sports world, whether it be Alex Rodriguez admitting to juicing up, Zach Randolph punching another player in the face, there's so much negativity.

But you get these kids together, who are in it for the love of the game, and the pure sportsmanship shown here is touching.

I think we in PDXradioland can learn from these examples.

Yeah, it's a shame that the innocence and attitudes of kids doesn't very often carry thru into adult life!

Somewhere along the line cynicism comes into our lives.

I think we in PDXradioland can learn from these examples.
